The sit-com focuses on the Cunnigham family, that live in Wisconsin. There is represented friendship, love, festivals, music, fun and the exhilarating lifestyle of the "American Dream" generation in bright era of the 50s.
The family consists of Howard Cunningham, owner of a hardware store, his wife Marion, housewife, and his sons Charles said Chuck, Richard said Richie and Joanie. Plus, there are Richie's friends Ralph Malph and Warren Webber "Potsie" and especially by Arthur Fonzarelli, said Fonzie, mechanical heartbreaker. Fonzie will soon become a mentor to Richie thanks to his experience, becoming a Cannigham member.
